Low Emission and Anti-Blowout Stem Design

Our valve features a low emission and anti-blowout stem design, utilizing pre-compressed flexible graphite rings for the packing. The stuffing box and stem roughness are precisely controlled to reduce torque and enhance sealing. A live-loaded gland flange allows for adjustable packing seal compression. The design includes a space ring and gland to prevent stem blowout, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
